Tuition fees for master's students
To promote equal opportunity and make excellent academic Education accessible to all, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA has introduced flexible tuition fees.
While international double degree students from Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA partner universities will continue to pay the flat fee, from 2022-2023, tuition fees for Sciences Po Grenoble degrees will now follow the following principles:
Students whose parent(s) declare(s) their income within the European Economic Area will pay fees according to a model already adopted by 8 Sciences Pos in France, which applies from the first to the fifth year, for face-to-face teaching.
Students whose parent(s) declare(s) their income in one of the countries of the European Economic Area will be subject to tuition fees modulated according to household income and the number of dependent children.
Fees range from €0 to €6,300.
The reference tax income taken into account is that of year N-2. Example: for the 2023-2024 academic year, the 2022 tax notice based on 2021 income.
Students whose parent(s) declare(s) their income outside the European Economic Area will have to pay a lump sum of €6,300.

The free mover program is designed to provide students with a solid and comprehensive knowledge base (political science, economics, law, history, sociology), enabling them to continue their studies in the following year under the best possible conditions. The program can be taken for a semester (1 or 2) or for the whole year, as it can be adapted to the student's arrival date at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA. This program also offers methodology, civilization and FLE courses, in which they mix with international students. Some courses are integrated with the French students' courses, to help students improve their level and integrate more quickly.
In parallel with this program, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA offers students the opportunity to take online language courses via the OLS offer of the Erasmus+ program.
They can then take the competitive entrance exam for 4th year - if they have sufficient experience in their home country. Applications are accepted between the end of March and the end of May each year.
If necessary, we can refer our refugee students to our student aid service (with the possibility of receiving assistance from our solidarity fund).
