The environmental impact of information and communication technologies on the environment and the use of resources raises questions. What does this mean, and what can we do about it? The complexity of the actions that need to be taken, if only to mitigate current trends, seems immeasurable. The aim of this conference is to sketch out a few avenues of analysis and solutions that could be the subject of collective reflection in different living environments, towards more environmentally responsible governance of technology use.
