Discover our master's programs for internationally mobile students at Sciences Po Grenoble, offering specialized courses with teaching options in French or English and a selective application system for an enriching academic experience.
International mobility students at master's level
If you are an international Master's student and need to study at Master's level, please read the following carefully.
We offer a number of master's programs called "courses". Most of these take place during the autumn semester only (most students do an internship in the spring). The ECTS of each course is indicated in the "program" tab of each pathway.
The only programs available in the spring semester
- MMO (Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Studies) 4th year (taught in French)
- GE (European Governance) 4th year (taught in English) 18 ECTS (January-February) and 12 ECTS internship starting in March
Our Master's courses offer a limited number of places. If you are interested in studying for a master's degree, you (or your supervisor) should contact incomingmobility@sciencespo-grenoble.fr to make your application (for the highly selective PPOI and TE courses, please enclose your transcript of marks - TOR - and a CV). Otherwise, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as some master's programs (GE...) fill up quickly.
For the GE pathway, only the 4th year is open to internationally mobile students.
- If you have a very good level of French (B2+), to avoid scheduling problems, opt for ONLY ONE year (A4 or A5) of ONE Master's program (choose here). You'll earn 30 ECTS if you take the whole semester. You can add a sport option (ungraded FP model), if compatible with your timetable.
- If you don't have a very good level of French, we offer ONE Master's program taught in English: MA in European studies "parcours GE" . To enter this program, you must have a good knowledge of European law, economics and politics, as well as an excellent level of English (if not, opt for the international undergraduate courses). You can add a sports option (ungraded FP model), if this is compatible with your timetable.
NB: to avoid scheduling problems, you must not mix 2 different master's programs or undergraduate and graduate courses.
