The rule of law and ecological crises: what kind of justice?

Against a backdrop of environmental regression and attacks on the separation of powers, this conference aims to identify the responses that public authorities and the law can provide in the face of rising socio-environmental inequalities. The conference will be organized in round-table format, with each speaker taking the floor for 3 x 5-minute sessions, followed by questions from the floor.
