Information on data processing for the examination of applications

Information

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA informs candidates that personal data are subject to computer processing implemented by the Director of Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, 1030 Avenue Centrale, 38400 Saint Martin d'Hères, for the performance of a mission of public interest within the meaning of the provisions of the RGPD.

This data is collected in order to facilitate the analysis of applications carried out by the "Diplôme de l'Institut d'Études Politiques de Grenoble" wish examination committee, within the strict framework of the methods and criteria for the pedagogical examination of wishes that it has determined.

Data relating to the identity and educational background of applicants may come from the automated processing known as "Parcoursup" (cf. decree of March 28, 2018 authorizing the implementation of automated processing of personal data known as "Parcoursup").

The information collected is kept for a period of 2 years for the examination of applications, and 5 years, in pseudonymized form, for statistical monitoring purposes.

The recipients of this data are the members of the wish examination committee and strictly authorized persons within Sciences Po Grenoble.

Candidates may access their personal data and exercise their rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting: contact-infoconcours@iepg.fr
