Hélène CAUNE, Associate Professor of Political Science

Hélène CAUNE is an associate professor of political science at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, where she teaches primarily in the areas of public policy analysis, comparative politics, and European studies. Together with Elsa Guillalot, Hélène CAUNE co-directs the “Cities, Territories, and Solidarity” Master’s track at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, where she also teaches more specialized courses on social policy.

In addition, Hélène CAUNE has been affiliated with the Pacte laboratory since 2017, where she coordinated a research project funded by Ademe on local food policies, particularly regarding school cafeterias in rural and mid-mountain areas. She recently participated in the project Truedem (Trust in European Democracies), which examines European citizens’ trust in political institutions. She is currently involved in the research project Demo-cis , which examines democracies, citizenship, and institutions in the face of transformations in public spaces—issues she also addresses through an analysis of local food policies.
