Agnès VAHRAMIAN, Director of franceinfo and Director of News for the Radio France Group

A graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble – UGA in 1988, Agnès VAHRAMIAN is a renowned French journalist specializing in international affairs. She has served as a correspondent for France Télévisions in the Middle East and the United States, as well as a war correspondent in Ukraine.

During her career at France Télévisions, she also held several prominent editorial positions: deputy editorial director at France 2, editor-in-chief of the program *Envoyé spécial*, and later editor-in-chief of France 2’s 8 p.m. newscast.

On September 16, 2024, she was appointed director of franceinfo, succeeding Jean-Philippe Baille, and joined the executive committee of Radio France.

Since March 2, 2026, Agnès Vahramian has also served as deputy editorial director of Radio France, in charge of news. She continues to lead franceinfo and, in that capacity, has joined the Radio France executive committee.
