Reda Grich arrived at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA in September 2024 on an Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, continuing a path already marked by a strong commitment to research and issues of inclusion. As valedictorian of the Class of 2024 at Sciences Po Rabat, he enrolled in the Comparative Government Studies program with a particular interest in public policies related to disability and accessibility.

Blind since childhood, he has developed a keen understanding of the practical realities of inclusion, particularly in the areas of mobility and access to public services. His career path has led him to work on inclusive education, participate in inclusive employment projects with Handicap International in Morocco, and conduct research on transition policies at the National School of Public Works.
Currently an intern at CERDAP², he is preparing a thesis on the national accessibility barometer while considering a doctoral project on these issues.

.At Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, he describes his experience as being “at the intersection of Education research.” His work combines academic research, participation in scientific projects, and reflection on contemporary forms of governance. Beyond his academic background, he also sees his presence there as a way to foster collective reflection on inclusion and accessibility within institutions.

For him, Sciences Po Grenoble is a pivotal place for intellectual and personal growth. There, he finds a challenging environment that allows him to transform his lived experiences into research topics and structured scientific projects.

“I believe that an institution also grows through the paths it is willing to listen to and bring to life.”

In addition to his work, he also makes time for sports, including running, tandem cycling, and working out at the gym.
