A student at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA since 2022, Lorna Malossane is pursuing an ambitious career path in academia, sports, and civic engagement.

Passionate about judo since the age of twelve, she quickly distinguished herself among the best French women in her category, winning numerous national tournaments and specializing in Ne Waza, a discipline focused on ground fighting. In 2024, before her year of international mobility, she won the bronze medal at the French Senior 1st Division Championships in Ne Waza, when she was still only a junior, and a few months later, she won the Paris International Tournament. Her goal for the coming years is to win gold at the French 1st Division Senior Championships in 2026, and then be selected for the European Championships.

By winning the Regional Championships on Sunday, December 14, 2025, Lorna qualified for the French Senior Judo Ne Waza 1st Division Championships (March 13-15, 2026 in Lormont).

But Lorna doesn't limit herself to judo. Since 2016, she has been campaigning for human rights as regional referent for Amnesty International France's Women's Rights Commission. She also sits on the Board of ECPM (Ensemble Contre la Peine de Mort) and is a member of UN Women France, pursuing a deep and consistent civic commitment.
