After the impressive victory over South Africa in the Rugby World Cup, Elisa shares her thoughts:

“Of course, it’s always a source of immense pride to have the opportunity to wear the French national team jersey, especially in a competition of this magnitude. [...] I always encourage all students to watch the match and join in the media buzz that will benefit women’s rugby following this World Cup. [...] Sciences Po plays an important role in my life, as I am deeply committed to continuing my studies alongside my athletic career.”

A first-year student in the Management and Business Administration program at Sciences Po Grenoble – UGA and an international rugby union player, Elisa has built her life around a dual focus that she considers essential to her well-being. "It taught me that it was possible to balance my studies with my passion for sports, and that continuing to do both was actually important for my well-being."

Having arrived at Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA a year ago, she highlights the richness of the connections and the diversity of experiences offered by the institution: "Sciences Po allows me to meet people who aren’t necessarily part of my world—the world of sports. We learn a lot from one another, and sometimes we even form friendships."
She has also had the opportunity to share her expertise by occasionally coaching the school’s rugby team, a moment of exchange and knowledge-sharing that is particularly appreciated.

The accommodations provided for elite athletes allow her to progress smoothly through her program, particularly thanks to the split-semester structure of her master’s program and the opportunity to complete a part-time internship at ECM Technologies alongside her contract with the French Rugby Federation. "Not having to miss out on this immersion in the corporate world is essential for me."
Elisa is also aware of the historical significance of the development of women’s sports: "We are not just athletes," she concludes, "we represent a generation that is transforming the sports landscape."
