Document produced by Olan Boucheranda student in the Master's program in Management and Business Administration (MGE) and former work-study student at the Savoie Prefecture, and presented at the conference organized at Sciences Po Grenoble-UGA by François Ravier, Prefect of Savoie and Perrine Pelen, former marketing manager of Savoie-Mont-Blanc, triple Olympic ski medalist and former General Manager of the 2023 World Ski Championships.
