Hugo Biolley, mayor at just 24 years of age
At the age of 24, Hugo Biolley, a student at Sciences Po Grenoble and France's youngest mayor in 2020, is preparing for a second term in Vinzieux, in the Nord-Ardèche region.
Convinced that "every mandate is a new page", he is approaching this new stage with the determination to continue the momentum gained since 2020, by combining political responsibility with his academic career.
