Vincent GUILLON

Biography

I am co-director of the Observatory of Cultural Policies and a professor at Sciences Po Grenoble. Together with Lisa Marx, I serve as the academic director of the Cultural Project Management track. My research focuses on territorial transformations in public cultural policy, contemporary forms of the politicization of culture, and new modes of participation in cultural life (whether digital or not!). I completed my Ph.D. on cultural governance in cities at the Pacte research lab.

The Observatory of Cultural Policies is a national organization based in Grenoble since 1989. It conducts surveys, publishes analyses, provides training for careers in the cultural sector, organizes public events, and facilitates regional cooperation.
