Biography
Benjamin BLAQUIÈRE has been a Full Professor of Public Law at Sciences Po Grenoble since 2025. He holds the agrégation in law. He was previously an associate professor at Paris 8 University Vincennes-Saint-Denis (2020–2025), and he also holds a Ph.D. in law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (2018).
He is the director of the master's programs in "Local Government Management" (MCT) and "International Strategy for Local Actors" (SIAL).
He is also co-director of the dual degree program in "Territorial Governance" (Sciences Po Grenoble / Grenoble Law School).
He is a member of the Grenoble Center for Legal Research (CRJ).
