Sports Association of Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA (AS)

The Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA sports association is an approved association, bringing together more than 15 sports teams every week for training sessions and competitive matches with other schools and universities. It allows students to get involved in student life, develop their sporting values, and meet other athletes within the IEP... after long days spent studying sociology texts at the DOC.

The AS offers various sports-related events such as a hiking weekend, a skiing and winter sports weekend, a sports derby organized with Sciences Po Lyon, and the famous Inter Sciences Po Games, where all the sports teams from the eight Sciences Po campuses in France compete against each other over three days. Hiking days, sports initiations, Olympics, and the broadcasting of matches also punctuate the associative life of Sciences Pistes and are always highlights of the academic year. Beyond their studies, the AS allows students to get involved in associative life and contribute to the vitality of our IEP, while developing organizational skills and values essential to the management of sports teams.
